We're passionate with Indonesian flavours. Think Indonesian street vendor-style satays, Balinese-style pork, spicy tempeh and sambals, alongside an alcohol-spiked Cendol and refreshing cocktails served in a whole young coconut.

We also believe in supporting our community and the passion they have with their crafts. Our craft beers are sourced from breweries within the Inner West neighbourhood. Our natural wine list features creations from interesting small-batch Australian wineries. Our single-origin coffee is sourced from our friends at The Q on Harris in Pyrmont; a coffee roaster that is passionate in quality Indonesian coffee beans as well as the well-being of its growers.

With our tropical decor and leafy spacious courtyard, your drinking and eating session at Salt & Palm will feel like a summer holiday on an island whatever the season is.
